Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, configure mail filters, set up autoresponders and protect your email mailbox accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mail accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the email account you want to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
